At Pearson Farm, we take great pride in delivering the freshest, highest-quality peaches and pecan products straight from our farm to your door. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos to better understand the issue and will gladly work with you to make it right, whether through product replacement (return shipping charges will be incurred by Pearson Farm) or refund of original purchase price including shipping costs.

Please note that shipping delays once a package leaves our farm are outside of our control. However, if your order is significantly impacted in transit, we will do our best to assist.
